What is the John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release ?

The John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release is a dry skin experience that facilitates the "release" of soft tissue, a highly specific "artistic technique."  Releasing fascia versus massaging fascia is a distinct and exceptional approach to bodywork.  It takes time and is worth your time.  I invite you to experience the difference and discover what this means to you.

Remittance: 

I have a Cash Practice with a No Check, No Credit Card and No Gift Certificate Policy.  Payment in full is due at the time of the service.

  • Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged for the session.
